School Site Council

 

The School Site Council / English Learner Advisory Committee is established to give parents and staff the opportunity to share in the decision making process of the school. Parents comprise one-half of the membership on the council. Nominations and elections are held for all parent and staff positions as they become open. Meeting times are set at the first meeting. Anyone is welcome to attend and anyone may place an item for the agenda by contacting a member of this council prior to the meeting. There are other ways to help the school as a parent volunteer. Here are just a few ideas:  helping in classrooms, assisting in the library and with our annual book fair event and field trip chaperones.
